Health 2 Home is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to improving the health of people in Sierra Leone through annual free medical mission trips. During the mission trips, screening for health problems such as high blood pressure (hypertension) and diabetes are provided. Treatment of minor infections such as pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis, urinary tract infection, wound infections, treating sexually transmitted diseases, fungal infections on the feet, which is common due to people engaging in swamp work, fungal infection on the body, treatment for generalized body pain due to engaging in farm work, treatment for reflux disease due to lot on intake of pepper, provided preventive health, health promotion, education to health care professionals, supplying medical supplies and equipment to health care professionals.

It is our goal to provide treatment, health prevention, health promotion, health education to as many individuals as possible.
